Position Title: Student Worship Pastor                                                                                                            Campus: All
Reports to: Lead Student Pastor                                                                                                                       Status: Full Time
Position Summary:
The Student Worship Pastor is responsible for designing, building, and implementing a vision for leading engaging worship for the student ministry on all of Central’s campuses. This will require placing a priority on creating a space for students to sense the presence of God, and a strong desire to see the movement of the Holy Spirit during our worship experiences. This position also requires the ability to lead teams, develop a healthy culture, and pastorally shepherd students/leaders in the student ministry. This position will report directly to the Lead Student Pastor.
This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the vision of Central Christian Church. 
Ø  Lead and develop worship campus leads
o   Oversee Worship budget
o   Equip team with necessary resources
o   Keeper and caster of worship ministry vision
o   Challenge and encourage teams
o   Assist in auditions
Ø  Lead the creative process and development of weekend services
o   Come up with new ideas for service elements
o   Create artistic elements that inspire students to grow in their faith
o   Develop worship elements beyond worship through music
o   Sensitivity to teaching/encouraging students to have a worship posture
Ø  Ensure Worship Ministry values are being executed properly at all campuses
Ø  Lead the worship planning for weekend services
o   Song selection
o   Worship/Production Scheduling
o   Service/programming flow
o   Resource prep in Planning Center Online (PCO)
o   Prepare service elements in advance
o   Tracks for weekend services
o   Provide ProPresenter files for weekend services
o   Lead weekly programming meeting
Ø  Oversee the leadership/development of contract worship leaders
Ø  Provide Pastoral Leadership that shepherds and disciples students and leaders
Ø  Support CSM’s worship needs beyond the weekends as necessary
Ø  Provide Central Production team with weekly online service
Ø  Cast vision and execute CSM worship events such as CSM One Day and Night Zero
Ø  Partner with CSM Camp team to provide a worship experience for JH and HS camps as well as programming for the weeks.
Ø  Support vision and direction of Central Christian Church Student Ministry 
o   Participate in “all staff” events at each level
Ø  Worship lead with the rotation that supports the position
Ø  Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

Ø  Experience in Planning Center Online, Ableton, Logic, ProPresenter, Dante, Adobe Premiere Pro, X32 audio consoles
