Position Title: Adult Ministries Coordinator
Campus: Gilbert
Reports To: Guest Experience &/or Next Steps Pastor
Status: Part-time - 28 hours, Non-Exempt
Position Summary: The Adult Ministries Coordinator is responsible for the administration and support of Guest Experience and Next Steps ministries. These ministries include serving, guest experience, groups, care, recovery, and next steps.
This individual must fit within our collaborative culture. Our priority is to live out Ephesians 4:12, by leading in a way that “equips the saints to do the work of the ministry.” We do this through building ministry teams. Our ministry teams include Team Members, Team Leaders, and Coaches. We also provide leadership to our teams as we Invite, Equip, and Engage those serving.

Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination and support to various Guest Experience and Next Steps ministries.
- Assist with the coordination of Group launches, Serving pushes, and trainings.
- Assist with the building and managing registrations.
- Plan and provide support for website content and updates for Guest Experience and Next Steps ministries.
- Provide support for the onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and completion.
- Help coordinate Care Requests, Benevolence, Weddings, Memorials and other ministry opportunities.
- Provide communication support in the form of proofreading, writing content, and coordinating mass communication efforts.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, room reservations, and vans.
- Order supplies and ministry materials.
- Provide support to any special events, projects, or ministries.
- Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 1 years prior ministry experience, vocational or volunteer.
- Recent leadership experience of leading staff and/or volunteers.
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to administrate.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Must be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and proficient in the application of Social Media.

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk sit; use hands to finger handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear;. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to twenty-five pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
